History as Unique as name:
The history of the cocktail ring is century old and begins with American prohibition era of the 1920s. During this time, alcoholic drinks were banned and declared illegal. This caused people to organize illegal drinking parties, which included cocktail parties too. The 1920s were a time full of social change, especially for ladies, who enjoyed greater freedom, most notably, the freedom to vote. Due to cheap and strong alcohol available, a new, tastier drink with little alcohol was invited and so the name of Ring!!

The expense usually depends on the type of metal used and stones and gems used in them.
