Return & Exchange Policy
If you want a refund or exchange for an online order then it can only be obtained within a time span of 30 days but not after 30 days.
Refund or exchange is available for jewelry in a new condition they shall not be worn or changed or misplaced or modified.
Custom-made will not be eligible for any refund or exchange. So, ensure all the details before making an order.
Custom order returns are only accepted only if there is any production defect.
Our Return Policy
The goods, including all product documentation, shall be returned and returned within 30 days in their original condition for return or exchange.
We recommend that you return the original goods for a refund and place a new order in order to speed up an exchange for another product. Let your refund be processed for two weeks.
Please refuse the shipment or call us immediately on +91 9374022223 if the package or item you have delivered is damaged. For the lost or damaged returned shipments, Shanti Jewel shall not be held responsible.
Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged unless you receive a product with any manufacturing defects.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns with missing documentation or product will not be processed.
How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange
Please follow the procedure below to return a diamond or jewelry product to Shanti Jewel:
You can choose your carrier to ship your products within 30 days of purchase no questions asked.
But you will be liable for a replacement of $150 (or equivalent amount) if your item was delivered with the diamond certificate or report and that certificate or report is not returned.
After Your Return Is Received
Returns shall normally be checked within 24 business hours after receiving them after which they are entered into our system. Once entered into our system, you will get a confirmation email informing you that our quality assurance department has been provided with your return. For the completion of this process, please allow 5 to10 business days.
Payments paid via PayPal will be credited within two weeks to your PayPal account.
Please note that heavier return volumes can double the normal re-processing times after a significant vacation.
Cancel Or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Shanti Jewel Consultant at +91 9374022223. Before confirmation of shipment, we will try to accommodate the change of order as far as possible. Some changes lead to a delay in delivery. On special orders and/or orders already shipped, we cannot adapt to changes or cancellations.
